“Services” refers to email template coding, landing page coding, design support, and any related offerings listed on our site.

2. Use of the Website

• For any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• To copy, distribute, or exploit any part of our website content
• To submit false or misleading information through our contact or project forms

3. Services & Delivery

• All services are provided based on the scope mutually agreed upon in writing (via email or form).
• Turnaround times are estimated, not guaranteed, unless specified in writing.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before launch.
• We offer support for minor revisions post-delivery, usually within 5–7 business days of final handover.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be communicated clearly during project confirmation.
• For one-time projects, payment is typically due 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.
• No files or deliverables will be transferred until the full payment is received.
• All pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom design and code provided remains the intellectual property of Templyft until full payment is received.
• After full payment, the client holds the right to use, modify, and deploy the deliverables.
• Templyft reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless NDA terms are agreed upon in advance.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project has started.
• If the client cancels mid-project, any work completed until that point must be paid for.
• If Templyft cancels a project (rare), a fair refund will be calculated based on work delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Templyft is not liable for any revenue loss, business disruption, or data loss due to use of our templates or pages.
• Errors arising from incorrect implementation on third-party platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Delays caused by third-party tools, services, or integrations.

8. Privacy & Data

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Revisions & Communication

• We allow a fair number of revisions (typically 2–3) per project unless otherwise agreed.
• All communication must be in writing (email, chat, or form submissions).
• Urgent requests may be accommodated based on availability and additional charges.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Templyft reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
